Constellation Energy buys two Ohio CNG stations

The Baltimore-based company bought stations in Dayton and Findlay from Fort Wayne, Indiana-based CNG Fuel Inc. Five other stations in Indiana are included in the deal. Terms were not disclosed, but the deal was immaterial to Constellation and its parent company, Chicago-based Exelon Corp. .
