Construction begins on Sandy Blvd. improvements in east county

Construction of improvements to a section of NE Sandy Boulevard between NE 230th Ave. and NE 238th Ave. in Fairview and Wood Village begin this week. Kodiak Pacific Construction will construct the improvements to Multnomah Countys section of the road.
