If you're looking to get a new set of wheels, but want to save some dough and decide to buy used, Massachusetts has some protections in place to help you to avoid ending up with someone's garbage with no chance to make it right. The state's Used Vehicle Warranty Law covers both purchases made from a used car dealer and those done privately.
