Contractors score legal victory against FedEx Ground

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, reversing previous District Court decisions in Oregon and California, on Wednesday ruled that 2,300 individuals working for FedEx Ground should be considered employees instead of independent contractors.
