We are currently looking for a Contracts Lawyer to support our customer in Germany. Contracts Lawyer Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the team of our customer you will be in charge of providing service for the preparation, negotiation and management of all commercial and contract commitments, including changes throughout the projects. You will have the following responsibilities Creation of proposals and negotiating of commercial offers Preparation of contracts and negotiation of sales supplier contracts Proposal Management Communication and interference with sales suppliers Contracts Administration. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University Degree in Law Professional working experience as Lawyer Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of German is an advantage.
