We are currently looking for a Contracts and Commercial Manager to support our customer in Germany. Contracts and Commercial Manager Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the Contracts Commercial Division of our customer you will have the following responsibilities Translating internal and external requirements into proposals by close alignment agreement with all relevant functionsdepartmentsstakeholders Handling and incorporating all issues and obligations deriving from commercial, technical and legal regulationsobligations, RFP, Market prices as well as in alignment with the customers requests expectations Proposing solutions that are adaptable to customers evolving thinking, repositioning of the competition and dynamic environmentmarket changes Drafting and managing proposals, customer contracts and other contractual documents ready for approval Leading the commercial contract negotiations with emphasis on contract terms and conditions supported by legal, compliant with internal and external rules and financial objectives. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience Degree in Business Administration or equivalent Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts Good knowledge of bids, contracts and sales processes Fluency in German and strong English knowledge is mandatory.
