Cookie Cart, the nonprofit north Minneapolis bakery that employs and empowers teens, has named Xcel Energy the recipient of the 2015 Sister Jean Community Service Award. The award was presented to Jim Altman from Xcel Energy at the seventh annual Cookie Cart Chefs' Dinner on Oct. 25. Cookie Cart presents the Sister Jean Community Service Award each year to an exceptional community partner in appreciation of its role in helping Cookie Cart fulfill its mission and goals.
