Coolant Delivery System boosts tool life and surface finish.

Producing direct coolant supply through insert clamp and along flank face of insert, Walter Turn Precision Coolant extends tool life for stainless materials, high temperature alloys and steels. System is aimed primarily at ISO material groups P, M, and S with pressure range of 150–2,250 psi. Coolant connections points include coolant hose connections at back of tool and under head, and direct coolant transfer port for VDI connections. Higher pressures up to 4,500 psi are possible.
