Coolpad CEO Guo Deying resigns

(Telecompaper) Chinese manufacturer Coolpad has announced that Guo Deying has resigned from his positions of executive director, chairman of the board, chairman of the Nomination Committee, and CEO, effective immediately. Deying's resignation is due to his health condition, Coolpad said. The Coolpad board has decided to appoint Deying as the company's Honorary Chairman.
