Full air-bearing system with Renishaw touch probe provides accuracy of 2.5 microns and measuring volume of 500 x 400 x 440 mm. Available in manual or CNC configurations, BENCHMARK can also be used as programmable production gauge. System comes equipped with TouchDMIS™ CMM software with full CAD capability.
