Come and support the delivery of EUMETSATs contribution to the European Unions Copernicus Programme looking at our planet and its environment for the ultimate benefit of all European citizens EUMETSAT is the European operational satellite agency for monitoring weather, climate and the environment. In this role you will support our Programme manager to provide earth observation data, product and support services. You will also support the management of interactions with the European Commission EC, the European Space Agency ESA and other partners. You will have the management and engineering skills to ensure we provide the EUMETSAT Copernicus data, product and support services for this ambitious programme. Your responsibilities will include ensuring our tasks are planned, executed and reported in accordance with the established management framework, preparing updates and contributions for internal and external meetings, along with management reporting. You will prepare information and analyse key performance indicators for presentation at governance bodies, including the European Commission. Your work at EUMETSAT This is an outstanding opportunity to become involved in one of our most exciting projects. With proven experience in management support in complex cooperative programmes, along with a strong engineering background, you will participate in the analysis of Key Performance Indicators for data services. You will also support the Programme Manager in the supervision of the planning and execution of the contributions of EUMETSAT to Copernicus. You have the prospect of demonstrating your understanding and management of complex issues in an operational environment and are able to evaluate priorities. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to document requests and updates are essential. You will get the chance to collaborate with both internal and external partners on a global platform.
