Pep Boys-Manny, Moe & Jack said Friday that Chief Executive Mike Odell has resigned after six years in the post, and director John Sweetwood will serve as interim CEO, effective immediately. The resignation of Mr. Odell, who also served as president and director, comes just weeks after the company said it swung to a surprise fiscal-second quarter loss.
