Cott, CompCare strike new credit deals

The deal, detailed in an Oct. 25 filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, allows Cott to borrow up to $350 million subject to certain conditions, and extends the maturity date of the agreement to as late as Oct. 22, 2013.
