NEW YORK - The search for next year's top stocks to own under $10 continues, with TheStreet's David Peltier, portfolio manager of the Stocks Under $10 portfolio , taking a look at shares of Cott Corp. Shares of the Canadian beverage maker have slid some 19% on the year, a common theme among these top stock picks.
