Cotton futures have sharply dropped today in China as a result of the coronavirus crisis. New York cotton futures have already tumbled at the end of last week. Physical markets are also declining, as deliveries are being disrupted and delayed all along the textile pipeline. Our weekly cotton report covers the futures market in New York and China, and the physical indicator "A Index". Domestic cotton prices in China, India, Pakistan, and Brazil are also reviewed through a large number of tables and charts. All data are available for download.
