Cotton prices have plunged further in the last week in New York, as India, Pakistan, Turkey, and Bangladesh were entering lockdown, with their spinning mills expected to stay idle for weeks. Cotton prices may later rebound spectacularly, as already observed in the past. Our weekly cotton report covers the futures market in New York and China, and the physical indicator "A Index".
