Cotton prices could now decline on the physical markets, as the second wave of the pandemic is depressing global textile and apparel production. On the other hand, financial speculation may boost further cotton futures in New York and China. Our weekly cotton report covers the futures market in New York and China, and the physical indicator "A Index". Domestic cotton prices in China, India, Pakistan, and Brazil are reviewed through a large number of tables and charts. Organic and BCI cotton prices in India and Pakistan are also released.
