Cotton Prices on International and Domestic Markets (Weekly Report)

Cotton prices have dropped on the international market in the past week, over the negative impact of the second wave of the pandemic. The market should be supported by a series of factors, however, including the official buying campaign in India, and the partial US ban on Xinjiang's origin. Our weekly cotton report covers the futures market in New York and China, and the physical indicator "A Index". Domestic cotton prices in China, India, Pakistan, and Brazil are reviewed through a large number of tables and charts. Organic and BCI cotton prices in India and Pakistan are also released.
