Cotton Yarn Production in Emerging Countries (Statistical Report)

2015-06-09 20:04:04| EmergingTextiles.com

Cotton use is expected further surging in emerging spinning countries like Vietnam, Bangladesh or Indonesia. Their share of global cotton consumption will however remain at a small level, as India's capacities will continue rising and China's cotton yarn production could also increase. Based on latest data supplied by the US Department of Agriculture (USDA), our statistical report offers a comprehensive view of global cotton use in the ten years to next cotton season 2015-16 (August-July), with detailed data for each spinning country, including China, India, Pakistan, Turkey, Bangladesh, Vietnam and Indonesia. All data are available for download.
