County kicks Kroger to curb for second time

The Fulton County Board of Commissioners at its meeting last week denied a zoning modification to Cincinnati, Ohio-based Kroger Co. to put gas pumps at its Cascade Corners location, echoing a November 2013 denial based on not enough parking spaces.
