County right of way slices into Worthington house

When Jay Zollars stands just outside the doorway of the house he bought at 6245 Linworth Rd., he's in a 127-year-old public right of way, where Worthington technically could widen the road or lay down a bike path. That worries Zollars because he has spent thousands of dollars fixing up the ramshackle house he got tired of looking at from his home across the street.
