Couple sue estate agent for negligence

A couple who say they were not warned of an "extraordinarily risky" clause in the botched sale of their $6 million property are now suing their real estate agent for negligence. The pair are former owners of an 810 square metre mansion on Muritai Road, Milford Beach, which boasts an indoor pool, wine cellar and five bedrooms.
