Court Affirms Ruling in Favor of Waste Pro in Pro Se Employment Dispute

A federal appellate court upheld a lower courts decision granting summary judgment to Waste Pro of Florida in a lawsuit filed by a former driver alleging unpaid overtime, retaliation and racial discrimination. Judges found the allegations were unsupported by evidence and affirmed that the company had complied with federal labor and civil rights laws.
