Court upholds $10,000 fine for UPS in Iowa death

An appeals court is upholding $10,000 in fines for safety violations by UPS that were linked to an employee's death at the Des Moines airport. The Iowa Court of Appeals on Wednesday sided with a state board that found Atlanta-based United Parcel Service Inc. committed two violations of Iowa workplace safety law.
