Every year, Paul Smith's College offers a course called "Field Studies in Hospitality" where students can create strategic management plans and experience the industry firsthand. This year, the course has been inspired by the recent explosion of the craft beverage industry, leading to a partnership between the College and the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce .
