Cox Enterprises Inc., a closely held Atlanta communications, media and automotive-services company, named Dallas Clement chief financial officer, effective July 1. Mr. Clement has been CFO of Cox's automotive subsidiary. He will succeed Doug Franklin, who will retire on Aug. 1. LivingSocial Inc., a closely held Washington-based operator of a promotional-offer website, tapped Atul Kavthekar as CFO.
