Owners Harold "Sam" Baker and Melanie Baker and general manager Steve Muntean pose for a portrait at Harold's American Grille, 671 High St., last Thursday, July 16. The new restaurant, which was slated to open Wednesday, July 22, will feature classic American cuisine. When Harold "Sam" Baker moved his office to Old Worthington 30 years ago, he said the area was rife with vacancies.
