Curtiss-Wright sells another non-core business

The Charlotte-based company has sold its Engineered Packaging business, which is based in Littleton, Mass., to Atrenne Integrated Solutions Inc. Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed. "It enables us to focus on our core businesses, while also providing a better strategic fit for their product portfolio," David Adams , CEO of Curtiss Wright, says in a news release about the sale.
