Custom Machined Fittings feature tolerances as close as 0.001 in. and surface finishes to 8 rms, and are produced in diameters from 0.250-3 in. Units are produced from various materials, including 316 stainless steel; Inconel®, titanium, aluminum, or plastic; plus other high temperature alloys. Proper sealing is also ensured as honing and lapping are completed during production. Fittings are suited for use with precision instruments, manifolds, and valves.
