Tasks and Responsibilities Processing of requirements, receipt and analysis of technical requirements in relation to SLA relevant evaluations Implementation of these requirements in a database e.g. SQL Visualization of the results, preferably with the tool Qlik. Requirements At least a Bachelor degree in Computer Science and or at least vocational training with many years of professional experience as an IT specialist In depth knowledge of MSOffice Fluent in German and proficient in English ITIL knowledge is desirable Knowledge in SQL and Qlik Good communication skills to ensure the flow of information The ability to integrate into a team A high degree of responsibility, resilience and organisational talent.
