Since that time more complaints have flooded in from all corners of the metro, including Blue Springs, Independence, Lenexa, Shawnee and even Excelsior Springs. Lisa Disbrow is the regional spokesperson for Deffenbaugh , the trash company responsible for the missed pickups.
