Housed in surface mount 12.7 x 12.7 x 4.0 mm package, IVCO-100 Series delivers linear frequency tuning with immunity to voltage supply and output load variations. Output is typically 5.0 dBm into 50 Ω. Model IVCO-110 is optimized for performance from 825–930 MHz while Model IVCO-120 offers -90 dBc/Hz phase noise at 10 KHz offset from 4,400–4,800 MHz.
