Intended for production of precision CVD-diamond tooling, 5-axis LASER LINE ULTRA uses 5-axis machine kinematic system (X/Y/Z/B/C) with superimposed 3-axis laser beam guidance (U/V/W). Functionality lets toolmakers laser-machine tool cutting edges as well as laser-ablate complex step chipbreakers in one clamping. Along with 15.74 x 7.09 x 5.91 in. of respective X/Y/Z travel, production center features encapsulated 50 W picosecond laser beam path and optimally integrated components.
