T.J. Rodgers, Cypress Semiconductor CEO, has written to ISSI offering a higher price for the company than the $640 million proposed by the China investment group, Summitview Capital, in March. On behalf of Cypress Semiconductor Corporation , I am writing to formally convey our proposal to acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of common stock of Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc. for $19.75 per share in cash.
