Supplied in 8-pin, 6 x 6 x 0.9 mm VQFN package, LM5140-Q1 incorporates features designed to reduce EMI and high-frequency noise in high-voltage DC/DC step-down applications. This dual-channel, synchronous buck converter uses external MOSFETs to support up to 10 A dual-channel loads and features dual outputs with phase interleaving. Adjustable gate-drive slew-rate control, 2.2 MHz operation with external synchronization capability, and 35 µA quiescent current are standard.
