Designed without optocouplers in feedback loop to reduce component count and increase MTBF, 4.5 x 2 x 7.9 in. DHR 150-24 accepts any single input from 90–360 Vdc and delivers 24 Vdc ±0.3 V. Headroom, full electronic protection, and 5,000 Vdc input to output isolation also promote operating life. Delivering full 150 W continuous output power over 0 to +70°C range without any derating, converter features all heat generating components installed on aluminum heat-sink blocks.
