With thermal-derating profile that suits environments with high ambient temperatures or limited airflow, PKB4313D builds on Hybrid Regulated Ratio topology and offers up to 25 A and 300 W to deliver tightly regulated voltages to POL DC/DC regulators. Through-hole and SMT versions, suited for intermediate bus conversion applications in telecom and networking sectors, deliver typical efficiency exceeding 96% with 48 V input and 12 V output at half-load. Input range is 36–75 V.
