Comprising 12 dual-output models, MGJ2 series can power high/low side gate drives in bridge circuits using IGBTs and MOSFETs. Encapsulated products feature basic and supplementary insulation, with isolation test voltage of 5.2 kVdc, and come in SIP format. Nominal input voltages are 5, 12, 15, and 24 Vdc, and there are 3 output voltage combinations: +15/-5 Vdc, +15/-8.7 Vdc, and +20/-5 Vdc, for each input voltage.
