Packaged in fully encapsulated single-in-line through-hole format occupying less than 1.17 cm² footprint, 1 Watt MEF1 Series covers nominal inputs from 3.3–24 Vdc and provides output options of 3.3 or 5.0 Vdc. Regulated units are available with either 1 kVdc or 3 kVdc input to output isolation and can operate over full industrial temperature range of -40 to +85°C without derating.
