With 4.5–75.0 V input voltage, adjustable switching frequency up to 2 MHz, and low-side adjustable current sense from 50–500 mV, Model TPS92690 is suitable for automotive headlamps, fog lights, and general-purpose area lighting. Constant-current N-channel MOSFET controller supports step-up or step-up/step-down LED driver topologies. Separate PWM and analog inputs interface with common dimming control methods to adjust LED current or implement thermal foldback.
