Specified with input voltage range of 4.5–22 V, PowerBlox™ XR76108, XR76112, and XR76115 are synchronous step down regulators supporting point-of-load supplies of 8, 12, and 15 A, respectively. Units deliver adjustable output voltage from 0.6–18 V with 1% output accuracy over full temperature range. With emulated current mode Constant On-Time control scheme, regulators provide fast line and load transient response using ceramic output capacitors.
