DCP planning second unit at Goliad plant

DCP Midstream has applied for an air quality permit with the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality to authorize construction and operation of a second natural gas processing train at its Goliad Gas Plant. The application, submitted to the TCEQ on Nov. 3, states that the facility would release contaminants such as carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, organic compounds and other hazardous air pollutants.
