DEQ holds meeting on Red Rock permit

A public hearing commenced at the Senior Center on Thursday, May 14 to hear public comment on the air quality permit of the potential Red Rock Biofuels biomass plant to be located south of Lakeview.Larry Calkins air quality specialist from the Department of Environmental Quality opened up the meeting as hearings officer.
