DOCOMO had exercises its option on July 7, 2014, to request that a suitable buyer be found to purchase its Tata Teleservices shares As per the April 25 statement by DoCoMo, as part of the original agreement, Tatas would pay a minimum of Rs 7,250 crore to DoCoMo. NTT DOCOMO Inc said over the weekend, it has submitted a request for an artibitration with Tata Sons in connection with it exercising its options to sell its stake in Tata Teleservices.
