Stryker Corporation has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share payable on January 29, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2015, representing an increase of 10% versus the prior year, and 10% versus the previous quarter. Capella Education Company has approved a 2 cent increase in its quarterly cash dividend to $0.39 per outstanding share of common stock.
