United Technologies declared an 8.5 percent increase in its first quarter dividend to 64 cents per common share. The dividend will be payable March 10 to shareowners of record at the close of business Feb. 13. The ex-dividend date will be Feb. 11. Archer Daniels Midland Company has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 28.0 cents per share on the company's common stock, an increase of approximately 17 percent from the prior quarterly rate, resulting in estimated annual dividend payments of $0.7 billion in 2015.
