The Lakeway Resort and Spa introduced a new restaurant during its extensive renovation named after Old West lawman Bat Masterson. Ashford Hospitality Trust , a Dallas-based real estate investment trust, is under contract to purchase the Lakeway Resort & Spa for $33.5 million.
