Not long ago, the names Garry Cook and David Allen didn't mean anything to UFC fans. But the two experienced sports industry professionals have made a huge impression with the UFC owners since coming on board and that has been reflected in a rapid rise through the ranks for both, the latest of which comes today as Allen is promoted to head the UFC's EMEA operation.
