Daytona Beach to vote on $100M outlet mall plan

The new $100 million outlet mall being proposed by Tanger Factory Outlet Centers Inc. would create about 800 retail and service jobs and 300 construction jobs. Construction could start this summer on a new $100 million outlet center - if Daytona Beach officials give the project the thumbs up next month.
