Manheim is making big changes in the bidding and buying process for dealers active on the Manheim.com and OVE.com websites. That begin in October when sellers started being required to set the starting bid on their vehicles no lower than three bids below their floor price; during that time, Manheim also set the default search filter that now shows vehicles with condition reports and disclosures, and that are priced at or below 120% of the prices listed in the Manheim Market Report.
